This is a development board for the ESP-WROOM-32 module from Expressif Systems. A further development from the popular ESP8266 modules, this comes with both Wifi and Bluetooth. It is supported by the Arduino IDE, and also supports Micropython and there is developing support for NodeMCU Lua.
There are different variations of these development boards available. They offer similar capabilities but with different pinout configuration. This listing is for the 38 (2 x 19) pin layout, sometimes called the DevKitC Development board. It measures 55mm x 29mm x 14mm.
ESP32 is already integrated antenna and RF balun, power amplifier, low-noise amplifiers, filters,
and power management module. The entire solution takes up the least amount of printed circuit board area.
This board is used with 2.4 GHz dual-mode Wi-Fi and Bluetooth chips by TSMC 40nm low power technology,
power and RF properties best, which is safe, reliable, and scalable to a variety of applications.
The board has a Micro USB port onboard, soldered headers and integral antenna. It's well documented online, and is a very capable board, with plenty of digital and analog input/outputs.

These are wide boards with 25mm spacing between the pin headers. Some breadboards (including MB102 boards) will have all the holes covered on one side, and it may be necessary to use two breadboards to have full access to the pin
